Headline
The modern Christian era, characterized by large numbers of people attending church, shared understanding of and commitment to the Bible, and a worldview that is embraced by most of the leaders of the various sectors in our culture is gone. In its place, an amazing mission field has emerged, and God is raising up missional leaders to seize unprecedented opportunities to establish and advance His Kingdom. George Barna refers to these missional leaders as revolutionaries and they seem to come more frequently from the marketplace than from congregational leadership. They are individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who want to make a difference, and who want to integrate the various compartments of their lives into one coherent faithwalking whole.

Do these dreams describe you? Maybe you are one of those revolutionaries.

Many of the sources of training available to these revolutionaries are focused on taking the past and trying to make a better version of that for the future. This may produce a little change but it won't produce the transformation that is required to significantly advance the Kingdom in the post-Christian era. The take the past and make a better version of it approach focuses on the "what we do" part of life. It gives techniques and check lists. But it leaves unexamined and unchanged the "what we are" part of our lives. Only from our being, from who we are, can true transformation flow. And it is only as we are personally transformed that we can be used by God to have a transforming impact on our families, neighborhoods, businesses, and schools - indeed the culture.

Faithwalking is a transformational journey where servant leaders hear God's call to the future, make choices to co-create that future with God, and receive training and coaching to make them effective agents of change in individuals and organizations. By the conclusion of the Faithwalking 101 Retreat, each participant will make a faith declaration in which they give their word to mobilize other Christians in one of the places they spend the most of their time to advance the Kingdom of God together.

Many in the private sector long for opportunity to integrate their faith into every arena of everyday life - family, society, and business - without faith relegated to Sundays and to religious activities. Faithwalking provides vision, tools, and a clear pathway to be fully integrated, and fully alive.
